When your property is entrusted to Keller Williams and me under an exclusive right to sell agreement, I promise I will:

• Prepare a comprehensive CMA
  
  
• Give you a progress report on your property at least twice a month.
  
  
• Contact you regularly either by telephone or a personal visit.

I will distribute your Property Profile Information in all suitable methods including:

• The Multiple Listing Service
  
  
• The top real estate agents in the market area
  
  
• Place a "For Sale" sign in your yard within three days after listing.
  
  
• Explain ways to enhance your property for the quickest sale and highest price.
  
  
• I will promptly advise you of changes in the market climate.
  
  
• I will present all offers to you promptly and assist you in evaluating them.
  
  
• I will manage the closing process when a contract is accepted.
  
  
• I will stay in contact with the buying agent to make sure things are proceeding smoothly.
  
  
• I will be present at closing to assure a successful conclusion.

My personal Guarantee of Performance: If you are not satisfied with my service at any time during the listing period, until the house is under contract for purchase, you may notify me in writing and I will release you from the listing.
